So with the tails cut, its time to lay out and cut the pins. Used my moxon vise to lay out the pins, using the tails piece as a template.

From there, on to the joinery bench to saw them out, then clean out with a chisel.

Once chiseled out, I used a smaller chisel to clean up, and then dry fitted them together. Not as tight as I’d like, but I can adjust that.
